For all those candidates who have been eagerly awaiting the notification of RBI Grade B recruitment, it has been found that the notification will be released soon on the official website of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). As per the latest news, the RBI Grade B Notification 2024 will be out on July 18. With this notification, RBI will announce the vacancies for three positions: RBI Grade B General (DR), DEPR, and DSIM. The recruitment notification will be published by the Department of Communication (DoC) on the RBI’s website, www.rbi.org.in, and in newspapers. Once the notification is released, aspirants will be able to apply online at rbi.org.in.
RBI Grade B Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Grade B Officer (DR) General: For the post of Grade B (DR) officer, candidates must have passed their graduation with 60 percent marks or post-graduation with a minimum 55 per cent marks.
Grade B Officer (DR) DEPR: For the post of Grade B Officer (DR) DEPR, candidates must have a Master’s degree in Economics/Finance with at least 55 percent marks.
Grade B Officer (DR) DSIM: For the post of Grade B Officer (DR) DSIM, candidates should have a Master’s degree with 55 percent marks in Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Mathematical Economics/Econometrics/Statistics and Informatics or its equivalent subject.
In terms of age criteria for RBI Grade B recruitment, the candidate should be between 21 and 30 years old. Those who belong to the reserved category will get some relaxation at the minimum age.
RBI Grade B Recruitment 2024: Selection Process
The whole RBI Grade B Selection Process 2024 has been divided into three phases. The phases are listed below.
Phase I: Online Mode, 120 Minutes, Negative Marking of 1/4 Mark on each wrong answer, Maximum attempts: 6 for the UR Category
Phase II: Paper 1 (Economic and Social Issues), Paper 2 (English), and Paper 3 (Finance and Management)
Interview: 75 Marks, Psychometric test before interview.
RBI Grade B Recruitment 2024: Salary
The basic pay of candidates who clear RBI Grade B Recruitment will be Rs 55,200/-pm in the pay scale of 55200-2850(9)-80850-EB-2850 (2) – 86550-3300(4)-99750 (16 years).
