Taking to microblogging site X, several social media users reacted to the chapters. One user wrote, “No way that’s real,” while another said “And the problem being? I still remember when we used to call our textbooks irrelevant to real life. While sharing an image of the chapter, Tinder India said, “next chapter : how to deal with breakups”
Another user said, “The recent addition of a chapter in class 9th textbook on dating and relationships by #CBSE has caused some concerns. While the intention behind this move may be good, any topic added to the curriculum must be widely accepted and understood by society.”
