The Rajasthan Police Constable Recruitment Exam will be held on September 13 and 14, 2025, as announced by ADG Vipin Kumar Pandey of the Rajasthan Police Recruitment and Promotion Board. Initially, the Rajasthan Police Constable Recruitment 2025 was scheduled for July 19 and 20, 2025, but the dates have been revised by the Rajasthan Police Recruitment and Promotion Board.
Over five lakh candidates will take part in this examination, with more four lakh candidates applying for Constable GD, Driver, and RAC posts, and one lakh candidates applying for IT positions. The exam will be conducted at district headquarters.
Applications were invited until May 25, 2025, for the recruitment of 10,000 posts, including Constable GD, Driver, Band, and Police Telecom Operator Constable and Driver.
The Rajasthan Police Constable Recruitment Exam 2025 will consist of 150 multiple-choice questions, each worth one mark, making the total score 150 marks. The exam will include 60 questions on reasoning and basic computer knowledge, 45 questions on Rajasthan GK, and 45 questions on general awareness.
There will be negative marking in the exam, with one mark deducted for each incorrect answer. The duration of the exam will be two hours, and candidates should pay special attention due to the negative marking.
Those who have clear the Computer-Based Test (CBT) will next have to appear for the PET/PST followed by a proficiency test (applicable only for Drivers, Band, Mounted, and Dog Squad). Those who clear all the rounds will be called for verification of essential documents as well as a medical examination to ensure candidates meet the required health standards.
Selected candidates will get Rs 14,600 monthly remuneration during the initial 2 years of training. After this, regular pay scale and allowances will be given as per the 7th Pay Commission.
